HPC develops a personalised fitness plan tailored to your goals, capacity and timeframes.
 

This covers:

 

  • Strength and conditioning

  • Weight/fat loss

  • Hypertrophy

  • Body composition

  • Fitness plan to follow between 1:1 sessions

  • Corrective training for rehabilitation/ injuries

  • Technical lifting

  • Cues (e.g. technique correction)

  • Periodisation training program (e.g. sports-specific training, or progressively cycling through various parts of the training program during a specific period).

 

All training is individualised to meet your unique needs. We establish goals at your initial consultation, then monitor and update them regularly through our unique performance tracking system. One-on-one training is delivered in-person at our Macquarie Park facility, and you can alternate it with online training in the convenience of your home.
